Minesh Mashru is the founder and Managing Partner of TFI Investments (“TFI”). He has over 20 years of experience in infrastructure investing, with a particular focus on global infrastructure, growth assets, secondaries, direct investments and co-investments.

Prior to founding TFI, Minesh was Global Head of Infrastructure Investments at Cambridge Associates, where he led more than 60 investments and oversaw the growth of infrastructure assets under management and performance over approximately 8 years. His work included infrastructure secondaries, primaries and co-investments for a global institutional client base.

Minesh was previously a founding partner of OM Capital Partners, where he focused on direct investments across infrastructure and private equity markets. Before that, he was a Senior Vice President at QG Alternative Investments in Zug, Switzerland.

He began his career in investment banking, first at UBS and then at RBS in London, UK, where he was a Vice President advising on a range of infrastructure transactions before and after the global financial crisis.

Minesh holds a degree in Economics from the University of Warwick and is a CFA® charterholder.
